While some reports have found it unclear if
vitamin D strengthens hip strength, a new report that appears in the
New England Journal of Medicine has found otherwise.
The Report, has concluded the following:
Note the ≥800 IU
daily: we recommend
4,000 to 5,000 IU of vitamin D3 daily.
